ALEC PHILLIPS is a staple in the CLUB scene from the Hudson Valley
to Manhattan.
 
 After eight years of touring the US, opening for such artists as Rick Danko (The Band), Jorma Kaukanen (Hot Tuna and the Jefferson Airplane), Robbie Krieger (The Doors), Toy Caldwell (Marshall Tucker), Jefferson Starship, Commander Cody and European tours with Paul Young and the UK group, Bros,  ALEC PHILLIPS is back in the New York metro area.
 
ALEC PHILLIPS AND THE POCKET is singer/songwriter/ keyboard/guitarist Alec Phillips and his band .  They  play originals from his CD “IT’S A JUNGLE OUT THERE” which earned five stars from Rhythm and News Magazine and songs from his premier CD “OVER EASY.” His band also brings it’s own unique flavor to it’s vast repertoire of MOTOWN, R&B, CLASSIC ROCK, 50’S ROCK, SWING, FUNK, and BLUES  … a little something for everybody
